1. NUR HAZIQAH ZAKIRAH AS THE CHAIRMAN OF SMART DRIVERS

 Nur Haziqah Zakirah was appointed for the chairman position in Smart Drivers. As the chairman of the Smart Drivers company, Haziqah was responsible to ensure the company ran smoothly. The chairman should be appointed by the board and the chairman’s primary role is to preside and lead over meetings of directors and ensure the smooth functioning of the board in the interest of good corporate governance. The chairman is fundamentally well-regarded due to his or her character, integrity, experience, and accomplishments. The chairman knows that understanding the matters brought for deliberation is key to informed decision-making. Haziqah as the chairman of Smart Drivers should ensure that the board plays a full and constructive part in the determination of the company’s strategies and policies, and that board decisions taken are in the company’s best interests stakeholders. The Chairman of Smart Drivers should be able to promote effective relationships and open communication and creates an environment that allows constructive debates and challenges, both inside and outside the company, between Non-executive Directors and the management of Smart Drivers company. 

2. AZMAR ZALEA AS THE CHIEF EXECUTIVES OFFICER (CEO)

 Azmar Zalea was appointed to be the Chief Executives Officer (CEO) of Smart Drivers. The chief Executives Officer’s primary responsibilities in the company include making major corporate decisions and managing overall operations and resources in the company. Chief Executives Officer serves as the public face of the company. Implement changes and implement the proposed plans that have been made. After making the long-term vision, as the CEO Azmar usually looks to themselves and other executive leadership to begin implementing those plans. Changes are often directly implemented by operational managers, but it is ultimately up to the CEO to ensure the long-term plans are being followed through. Chief Executives Officers have to monitor company performance. A CEO is ultimately responsible for the financial performance of a company. A CEO relies on the financial department to track how things are going. They usually make reporting requests from their direct employees to get a quick sense of how each area in the company is performing and what strategic movement should be taken.

3. NURUL ASYIKIN AS THE CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)

 Nurul Asyikin was appointed to be the Chief Operating Officer of Smart Drivers company. Designing and implementing business operations. Other than that, establishing policies that promote company culture and vision and the COO will have to oversee operations of the company and the work of executives in other to ensure everyday operations run smoothly. Chief Operating Officer or COO is responsible to oversee the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures in Smart Drivers to avoid any problem faced by the consumers. Nurul Asyikin as the Chief Operating Officer is the second in command at the company. They have a hand in everything, including marketing, financial growth, and sales. Ultimately, the COO is responsible for ensuring all aspects of operations run smoothly every day and addressing any issues that come up. As the Chief Operating Officer, Asyikin needs to be able to work with all types of people. They must have leadership skills and experience in various fields such as finance and human resources. A good COO needs excellent communication and people skills as they oversee several departments throughout the organization.

4. ARNI ERYANI AS THE HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE 

Arni Eryani was appointed as the Human Resources Executive in the Smart Drivers company. As the HR executive, Arni will lead Smart Driver’s Human Resources Management, recruiting employees, workplace, diversity, and inclusion teams in Smart Drivers company. HR executive is responsible for hiring new employees, developing training for new employees, and improving employee retention rates in our company Smart Drivers. HR executives have to make sure employees in our company will produce good services and are responsible for improving the productivity of employees to provide great services for consumers. Other than that, HR executives are also responsible and generally include strategic planning, employee communication, training and development, labor relations, and compliance with employment law. HR executives have to ensure the company has good employees to give the best services to students and residents around Tanjong Malim.

5. NURIN NADHILAH AS THE MANAGER 

 Nurin Nadhilah was appointed as the Manager of Smart Drivers company . as a manager, for greater job satisfaction and career success, Nurin will align with the organization’s vision, mission, strategies, leadership, systems, structure, and cultures. All managers do is treat people fairly and honestly and do their best to follow and embrace the organization’s ethics and core values as well as the manager himself. Nurin as the manager should talk the walk and walk the talk, and remember, people, are watching and seeing how the manager walks it. Managers should give the very best to their teams, organizations, and customers. Be an effective manager to get performance results for your organization and build trust and positive relationships with other staff.

6. SITI AISHAH AS THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

 Siti Aishah was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Smart Drivers company.

Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the fiscal health of the Smart Drivers company.CFO responsibilities include building a top-notch finance and accounting team, ensuring revenues and expenses stay in balance, overseeing financial planning and analysis functions, making recommendations on mergers and acquisitions, obtaining funding, working with department heads to analyze financial data and crafting budgets, attesting to the accuracy of reports and consulting with boards of directors and the CEO on strategy. Chief Financial Officers also advise department heads across the organization, assisting them in both maximizing revenues, if they serve in a revenue-generating capacity, and controlling expenses without sacrificing customer or employee satisfaction or the company’s reputation.

7. BO YOUNG LEE AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICES EXECUTIVE 

 Bo Young Lee was appointed to be the Customer Services Executive in our company which is Smart Drivers. Customer Service Executives deal directly with clients to assist them with purchases, answer their queries, and find solutions to their issues. In some organizations, Customer Service Executives have higher-level duties. These include training new employees and supervising the customer service team. They may also create recommendations on best practices for handling different clients, and how to retain customers. These are the customer services executive duties including Answering client correspondences through email, social media, and by phone. Relaying extensive product information to customers. Closing sales for the company. Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases, and billings. Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services. Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues. Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.

8. JILL HAZELBAKER AS THE MARKETING EXECUTIVE 

 Jill Hazelbaker was appointed as the Marketing Executive and will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the overall marketing strategy which includes demand creation, branding, market research, product and content marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations. Expertise in a growth strategy that is driving the vision for the growth of the organization. Assessing and improving existing initiatives and devising new strategies to increase revenue and contribute to the exponential growth of the company. An ability to create powerful ties across teams in support of our shared goals. Manage digital marketing in the applications so that the Smart Drivers can go globally. Recruit talented content marketing employees and have experience effectively managing a third-party content studio.

9. ANDREW MACDONALD AS THE CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER (CLO)

Andrew Macdonald was appointed as The Chief Legal Officer (CLO) of Smart Drivers company. The chief Legal Officer is an expert and leader who helps the company minimize its legal risks by advising the company’s other officers and board members on any major legal and regulatory issues the company confronts, such as ligitation risks. As the Chief Legal Officer, Andrew should be aware of the changes in laws or regulations that may affect or relate to the company operations. CLO can also provide a program for the employee to improve the employee knowledge about legal matters and protocols that relate to their roles or the company’s operations to avoid some mistakes or misunderstandings among employees.CLO also must keep the company aware of compliance issues.CLO must guarantee the company conducts its hiring process following employment law standards, adheres to appropriate product labeling regulations, fulfills health and safety codes, and files reports that are mandated by government agencies.

10. GUS FULDNER AS THE SALES MANAGER 

 Gus Fuldner was appointed as the sales manager, Andrew as the sales manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the sales department. Their duties include hiring and training sales staff, relaying information from upper management to department staff about sales, and generating leads to divide among Sales Representatives. The sales Manager must be who can plan, execute and oversee all sales and promotional activities effectively.
