Mrs. Qistina Fathini is the manager of Edustar and she will be the leader of our organization. She has an amazing background study and she has good leadership skills. She is also the originator of the idea of developing this Edustar to further improve the standard of education in our country. Qistina Fathini will manage small project teams to develop, implement and complete assignments. She also will organize each team’s roles and value employee performance. At the end of each month, she also has to conduct employee reviews and evaluations of all Edustar’s staff and assist with employee training and onboarding programs if they need some new employees. She also has a big responsibility in ensuring work facilities are safe, free from security issues, and comply with all government regulations. Qistina Fathini is known for her very friendly attitude towards all employees so she can maintain good working relationships with executives and other team members in Edustar. She has to design and implement procedures to increase profitability in Edustar.

Mrs. Norain Fathana holds the business admin position in Edustar. She holds this position because she can work well with others and has excellent verbal communication skills. She will handle business finances for Edustar and plan the budget with the help of the other team members to make some decisions about Edustar. She also has to plan some strategies for streamlining and make some good things for improving the Edustar operations. As a business admin in Edustar, she also does some clerk jobs like Compiling, maintaining, and updating company records. Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines, and multimedia instruments is also work that needs to be done by Norain Fathana as business admin. As a new business in an online learning platform, all the accountant jobs in Edustar are also done by our business admin, Norain Fathana and she will compile and maintain records of office business transactions, also enter debits and credits into software applications and databases that Edustar uses accurately and generate various reports including income statements and balance sheets. She also needs to oversee all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents created and received by the team.

A platform developer, someone intimately familiar with specific operating systems and hardware components, works on Edustar’s core platform to create and optimize all the various functions needed to establish a strong computer infrastructure. Therefore, for such a complicated task, Edustar has already appointed a person who is wise and skilled in solving problems, namely Muhammad Fitri. He is a person who has excellent verbal communication skills for sharing ideas and has maths knowledge for understanding programming. Muhammad Fitri is also responsible for designing and building commercial applications and developing, configuring, and deploying web and mobile applications for location-based services, social networking, big data processing, and other services for Edustar users. He is also very good at creating and optimizing all the various functions needed to establish a vital computer infrastructure. After accepting this position, Muhammad Fitri has to be involved in the planning process to enhance the solution through technology and identify potential risk areas based on various factors such as timeline, budget, and technology constraints if Edustar faces any technical problems.

Edustar has a digital marketer because they need someone good at promoting Edustar to all people. Therefore, with the recommendation of Edustar’s manager, Najwa Hanisah has been appointed as Digital Marketer for Edustar. She has to plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, email, social media, and display advertising for Edustar. She also has to maintain Edustar’s social media presence across all digital channels. Najwa Hanisah has a bachelor’s degree in a related field which is in digital marketing from a local university. She has some knowledge about how to measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns for Edustar every month. She also has to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. The important part is she has to plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

All members in Edustar have also agreed to appoint Nur Ain to assume the position of customer services in Edustar. In this position, she has to answer customer questions, provide information, take and process orders and deal with complaints. She has to answer phone calls and call customers to follow up on appointments and resolve any complaints made by customers about Edustar. In this position, she also has to be good at communication because sometimes she also has to communicate with customers face-to-face, via email or chat, phone, or social media. Additional jobs for this position are to set customer service goals for team members and help them achieve those goals and interact with customers and handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly. The need to hold this position is very determined with Nur Ain to continue working in customer services for Edustar.

Edustar is one of the study centers that need more teaching staff, so we have appointed five online teachers who each have expertise in different subjects. So, we have Norhanan Farhan majoring in Additional Mathematics and minoring in English. Therefore, Mrs. Norhanan Farhan will be responsible for teaching additional mathematics and English subjects to students at Edustar. Each online teacher will teach two or more different subjects such as biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, additional mathematics, and many other subjects. We also have Mr. Amane Tsukasa that majoring in Physics and a minor in chemistry,  Mrs. Valac Clara  majoring in biology, Mr. Ali bin Azmi majoring in Bahasa Melayu and minoring in History, Mr. Michael Afton majoring in Accounting and minoring in Mathematics. All of them have worked together to create and present lessons that are congruent with students’ educational needs. As a teacher, Mrs. Norhanan Farhan and the others have big responsibilities for encouraging participation within Edustar’s classroom to promote the consolidation of learning content. They also have to establish relationships with students to ensure that they disclose cognitive and psychosocial difficulties that may impede their academic progress. Just like a normal teachers, they also have jobs to grade homework, projects, and quizzes promptly. In Edustar, our teacher is always monitoring and reporting on students’ progress. In addition, to Edustar’s knowledge, all online teachers must report recurrent technical difficulties and other notable incidents to the appropriate member of staff.
