However, our mission is to bringing good and quality food to you daily.  We decided to open this platform due to traffic jam in KL which burden all the workers to go out for lunch and dinner which take too much time. Additionally, all the cafe and restaurant does not have much spaces for customer especially lunch hour. 

This causes the workers must wait for seat. So, through this platform, all the workers can order their food easily and save time. CloudMaker only use rider due to saving up time. The speciality of CloudMover, every purchase that you make, the more points you would get. All the point can redeem and get free food, discounts, or free delivery charge. To be a merchant-partner with us, just apply and submit document through our email and wait for our responses. Now, CloudMover is available in every state in Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak. There many potentials that we can see through CloudMover. Help unemployment. As we all know, 2 out of 3 SPM graduates are not allowed to continue their studies. In order to help them, CloudMover offer them to work with us for a year with some basic line that they must achieve in a year. If they succeed, CloudMover will offer them to continue their studies with allowance every month. Automatically, this can increase graduated student in Malaysia. Next, we have a potential to be the mainstream in Southeast Asia which also can be cutthroat competition in Malaysia. We already have 485,000 merchant partners on our platform in many regions, receives more than 60 million orders in a month. We also have more than 600,000 Gross Merchandise Value across the regions. By all these achievements, CloudMover might be the top 1 online platform foodie in Malaysia. Finally, CloudMover would open for grocery delivery in order to help mother especially single mother in getting groceries without going to the market. This project also would save time for queuing at the cashier counter. All these potentials can be achieved by high revenue.

EXPLAINATION OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL CHART

1) CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

Muhammad Nur Syahir is the CEO in CloudMover and he is the one of several business leaders tasked with leading a corporation and CEO of CloudMover usually answer to the directors of the company and was responsible for increasing our company’s worth. We chose Mr Syahir as CloudMover’s CEO because he has an extensive education, training and experience to operate the company and he also the right person to in charge of a company’s overall operation. Since the company need someone who has well-developed skills in leadership, communication and management, we agreed to appointed Mr Syahir as CEO in CloudMover to manage each of executive officer and others organizations to run every activity in our company. He also has more than bachelor’s degree and extensive business and industry experience which all of this are the qualifications to be the Chief Executive Officer. Job description for CEO position is Mr Syahir need to lead the development and implementation of the overall organization strategies he needs to formulating the strategy plan to that guides the direction of the business which happening in CloudMover company. If we can see in others company, their CEO was responsible to overseeing the complete operation of an organization and evaluating the success of the organization in reaching its goals. Same goes to CloudMover company, the CEO need to make sure that all the activity has to be done completely to achieve what was organization set as their achievement and objectives in our company.

2) CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)

Nur Aisyah Yusseri was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in Cloudmover and she is a member of an organization’s executive team also she was assigned to handle day-to-day administration and operation of a business. The entity’s operations are normally under the COO’s overall supervision. Miss Aisyah do have strong managerial, leadership, communication and analytical abilities are needed to be a COO and to manage the operating that has be done under her department to achieve the company mission which has been set. She is the right-hand person of the CEO and handles all operations of the company. The details about job description related to Chief Operating Officer (COO) are Miss Aisyah need to establish the policies that promote company culture and vision. Besides, for performance and growth, COO must set the comprehensive goals and also to oversee the daily operation of the company and the work of executive such as information technology (IT), marketing, sales, finance, etc. Not to be forgotten, Miss Aisyah was assigned to lead others employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication so that will be the point to make our online foodie system as well-known system in the world. Last but not least, COO have to assist CEO in fundraising venture and submit the report to the CEO an all matters of importance. Overall, Chief Operation Officer must focus on what the achievement in the operation for the business.

3) CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

Based on the organizational chart that provided in 3.0, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in CloudMover’s company is Miss Zaza Farizan Zamri. She is a graduate of bachelor’s degree in finance and economics, and working as business administration. She also continues her study in master’s degree in accounting, and has up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications which make her to having an excellent organizational, analytical, verbal and writing skills. Generally, the certification of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is frequently held by chief financial officer in addition to a master’s degree and several years of professional experience and it is also required in CloudMover business. Besides, list of the job description that was carried out by her are driving the company’s financial planning and to perform the risk of management by analysing the organization’s liabilities and investment. She is responsible in managing the financial activities which he must take a record for every in and out of the company to running the business. So, Miss Zaza need to control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure.

4) MARKETING MANAGEMENT

Miss Syahirah is CloudMover’s Marketing Manager as she fulfil the requirement skills and qualifications to be ass Marketing Manager. Before this position was taken by her, Miss Syahirah was complete her high school and graduated in business course of her degree also complete a marketing internship. After her internship, she was gaining another work experience since she has worked in several shops as a market seller and also as employee that involved in marketing activities then proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns because of her verbal communication skills. So, the company decided that she is the right person to be chosen as Marketing Manager in CloudMover. The list of the job description that Miss Syahirah need to do as the worker in marketing management is first, working with the executive team such as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Miss Nur Aisyah Yusseri, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Miss Zaza Farizan Zamri and others to set the marketing strategies for the business that CloudMover run and she is the person in charged to tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team. In marketing management usually, they need to looking after the bridged of the marketing department and making sure their spend is delivering a return on investment.

5) ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

Mr Kim Chun Hei become an Admin in CloudMover company as he was a bachelor’s degree in a related field which is in business administration and management. The reason of the appointed of Mr Kim Chun as the administrative manager are, he has knowledge in creating a shchedule and planning in running the business and the method that can be use in order to grow the company. For a career in administration services management, CloudMover was set a variety of skills and qualities to the employee such as having a excellent organisational skills to run our company’s activities which is online foodie system, good communication to handle their workers, good in leading their employees and having the ability to work to strict deadline. Mr Kim Chun was fulfil all the qualities that CloudMover need and he has a willingness to work with others and respect his views also confidence with numbers which make it easier for him to help the company to achieve the mission. Other tasks that associated with administrative jobs is maintaining multiple calendar, setting appointment especially the Executive Officer’s appointment to be attend, filling various documents and maintaining databases dan provided in CloudMovers’s system and others tasks that relate to his position.

6) SOFTWARE ENGINEER

CloudMover’s has a software engineers as we are running the online foodie system so in the company’s activity, we need the engineer to lead the system to progress the programmer that includes in our system. CloudMover’s software engineer is Mr Khalid Chew and he has a background requirement comply with what was determined by the company. He is the graduate in software and also science which can helps him to get in this position. The company also determine for the applicant in this position would be expected to have broad experience with computer systems and applications such as C++ or Java.  Mr Khalid Chew was assigned to perform maintenance and software integration for the existing system and he must identify and assess new technology prior to implementation. Generally, our software engineer is using scientific method and have advanced mechanical skill in addition to basic coding skills. As CloudMover is a online foodie business so we have to build the system for ordering and accepting the customer’s order and it causes the software engineer to create technical specification. Mr Khalid Chew has plus several years of experience that helps him to remain in hhis position in the company.

7) SALES MANAGEMENT

Mr Daniel Gallego is CloudMover’s sales management that has graduated of bachelor’s degree in business and marketing. This position required a person who has the experience in sales and know very well how to make the alignment of the company sales. The human resources were appointed Mr Daniel as sales management because he does have four years of experience in sales when he working in other company before join our business. He was able to overseeing local and regional sales, promotion and campaigns.  He also can plan and directing the hiring and training of new sales representative so that can help to operate the sales activities in CloudMover’s business and to achieve the sales that we were targeted. Mr Daniel need to tracking and analysing the sales statistic base on key quantitative metrics and setting the discount rates and determining price schedules. It is to attract the customers to use our applications when see the discount that we provide in each of their purchases. 

8) ACCOUNTANT

Lorna Alvarado is the accountant position in CloudMover. She has bachelor’s degree in accounting, strong analytical, communication, and computer skills, have experience as an accountant in a small company, have certification of accountant position, and also have extensive knowledge in mathematics, accounting, and financial processes. Besides that, she has a very good ethical behaviour working in CloudMover company. Job descriptions for this position are including compile, analyse, verify, and prepare financial record for their department or organization, ensuring the accuracy of financial document as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulation, preparing and maintaining important financial reports, and preparing taxes return and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time.

9) CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Juliana Silva is the CloudMover’s customer service representative. She has skills such as interpersonal and customer service skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, time-management skills, and multitasking and organizational skills. She also has ability to answer a high volume of calls and emails daily, ability to share work among a customer service team, and also ability to find the positive in any situation. In addition, she is a person who have high patience and attentiveness. Job description for customer service representative position are include answering customer question about the company and CloudMover services, resolving customer complaint, directing our customers to the right department or supervisor in CloudMover, taking orders or processing payment, making changes to customers’ account, handling returns and exchanges in CloudMover, addressing billing concerns, and keeping records of customer interactions about CloudMover.

10) HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (HRM)

Miss Ainon Adawiyah Azeme is a person who in charge for Human Resource Managers in CloudMover. Just like any job, there are specific requirements which Miss Adawiyah has fulfilled before she can qualify for HR position in CloudMover company. She has bachelor’s degree from University Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) in Human Resource field, had complete an internship in HR, had two years’ experience work as a Human Resource in Tealive company, has a master’s degree in human resources, and is expertise and showing of commitment in human resource’s position. Job description for human resource’s position are recruit and hire new employees, manage training and development initiative, keep track of employee performance, manage and improve communication, manage organizational and CloudMover company culture, create a save and inclusive work environment in CloudMover, oversee and manage benefits and compensation in CloudMover, and handle conflicts, disciplinary action and termination in CloudMover.

CLOSING

In conclusion, the development of our online food ordering system which is CloudMover allows customers to place food orders from restaurant they want without having to wait for a server to accept their order. Customers register online, read the E-menu card, then choose the food they want to order online using our system, CloudMover. The chef, who registered their restaurant in our system, CloudMover will be able to see the results on the screen once the customer has chosen the necessary food item and can then begin processing the dish. This application eliminates the need for a waiter or lessens the waiter’s job. In addition, our system for ordering meals online, CloudMover is suggested, which can be used in both college cafeterias and small, family-run businesses. The scope of this project may potentially be increased. It was created for restaurants to streamline regular managerial and operational tasks and enhance customer eating experiences. By offering reasonably acceptable services, this also aids the restaurant owners in creating long-lasting relationships with their patrons. The CloudMover system also enables the restaurant to keep track of the products it has in stock in real time and adjust its food and beverage inventory in response to orders placed and orders fulfilled.

CloudMover have 10 positions in organizational chart, which are Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Human Resource, Software Engineer, Marketing Manager, Customer Service, Admin, Software Engineer, and Sales Management and all these 10 positions are important to each other to generate profit in CloudMover company and to be able to achieve the company’s vision and mission. Organizations structure in CloudMover serve the public by offering a variety of services to enhance the quality of life for people and communities. It can be said that CloudMover’s organisations use management control systems to influence employees’ behaviour in the right directions in order to achieve CloudMover’s organisational goals; however, it can be challenging to direct employees’ behaviour in a desired direction, particularly if individual goals are not in line with the organisational goals.
