Salesforce is a software company that was invented in 1999 in California. It was founded by Marc Benioff and Parker Harris. It brings relationships between companies and customers by helping companies in doing their marketing, sales, services, commerce, and IT teams to keep customers happy. Until now, more than 150,000, small and big companies are growing under Salesforce such as LuxAsia, Meralco, Anantara Vacation Club, and more. Companies can download the app or can be accessed it through the website. Once you sign in, you will be getting demo videos on how to start. You also can watch it on their YouTube Channel.   In this report, we are focusing on how Salesforce can help entrepreneurs’ day-to-day operations between CEO and workers. All workers are connected via Cloud that was provided by the CRM platform. It makes it easier for CEO and workers to keep in touch everywhere, anywhere, and anytime by email and call. Salesforce also helps workers and CEOs to update their daily work in detail. For example, when will the workers follow up conversation with the ABC team. It helps entrepreneurs to up-to-date daily reports of each worker and CEO through the app instead of sending them via email.

Meetings also can be set up using the app easily instead of calling each of the workers to be in the meeting which causes wasting time. Next, Salesforce can help the entrepreneur to see if they have achieved their goals or not. Do they almost get their goals? Do the company are on the right track? Salesforce can show it to them, called ‘Einstein Scoring.’ Salesforce also can generate a contract, manage billing, and sync information by providing a report of invoices, orders from other companies, HG Data, and many more. It is easier for CEO and workers to know their financial reports regardless of what position they are in. Normally, if managers wanted to know financial reports, they will ask an accountant, but with Salesforce no more. In the app, there is one part called ‘Value Proposition’ which can show the capabilities of companies. Thus, it will help the entrepreneur to sell smarter and easier by representing your pipeline, tasks, and more. Other than that, companies can know the changes in the market without delay by showing real-time insights into the business in general, reports, and dashboards via Salesforce. Salesforce has established itself as the leading CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform globally.

Employees, for instance, can rapidly exchange client information with other authorized parties anywhere in the world using cloud-based CRM software like Salesforce from their smartphone or tablet at home or while traveling. Then, using Salesforce, companies can safeguard their data against dangerous information. They developed WithSecureTM Cloud Protection for Salesforce in collaboration with Salesforce to supplement the native security capabilities of the Salesforce platforms. WithSecure Cloud Protection for Salesforce is intended to prevent attacks via files and URLs uploaded to Salesforce Clouds. It provides real-time protection against viruses, malicious software, computer viruses, and other advanced potentially unwanted programs. If there is malicious content, Salesforce can detect it in 60 seconds. Last but not least, a CRM platform allows us to look deeper into all of our metrics and data. We could also create a dashboard that visually displays our data. In addition, we can have personalized outreach through automation.

Another significant advantage of a CRM platform is that it can improve customer service’s ability to assist customers or a sales team’s outreach efforts. The disadvantage of Salesforce is that it is quite expensive. The Salesforce pricing is available on the company’s website. The CRM out-of-the-box basic plan, for example, costs RM 105.04 per month for up to 5 users. Another unlimited CRM power and support plan costs RM 1260.44 per month. The price appears to be extremely high. This will raise the company’s operating expenses. Keep in mind that those prices are per user, per month, and we will be charged a one-time fee every year. We will also have to pay for the system’s implementation and any customization we require, as well as the cost of any plugins. Next, complexity. Salesforce’s greatest strength is also its greatest weakness for small businesses. It is a good choice for many growing small businesses because it is such a strong solution. However, for those with microbusinesses that do not require such a complex software solution, the tool may be overwhelming. This is especially true for small businesses that may lack a dedicated sales staff or already have their unique lead-generation and sales solutions that work perfectly for them.

Lastly, reporting is tricky. When using Salesforce, reporting even basic information can be difficult at times. Report generation is not as user-friendly as the rest of the helpdesk solution’s features. Salesforce, in our opinion, is great for features and personalizing a platform to meet our needs, but the setup process can be painful, and using the software daily can be frustrating. If we value usability in sales and marketing tools, Salesforce feels like it gets in the way more than it empowers us to do more, which is especially difficult to accept at this price point. Moreover, any business can benefit from Salesforce. It is completed in only one web. We can use it for Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Services, Apps, and IoT cloud. Time management is a significant benefit of Salesforce and one of the most effective ways to help a business grow and thrive. You have everything you need in one place thanks to comprehensive customer information and useful planning resources. No more wasting time searching through logs and files for vital information.

However, the article could benefit from more details and statistics to support its claims. Additionally, the article presents a balanced view of Salesforce’s strengths and weaknesses, but it could provide more in-depth analysis of the drawbacks, particularly the high cost and complexity of the platform. Overall, the article provides a good introduction to Salesforce for entrepreneurs, but it could benefit from more detail and analysis to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the platform.
