Introduction
A founder named Wan Puteri Qisthina Balqis Binti Zakri, who is 19 years old, started the “Language Lab” service in month 9 of 2022. The service was originally only available in Kedah, then in Kuala Lumpur and finally all of Malaysia’s states started using it. Due to the fact that it is the only solution that can assist everyone who wants to learn many languages, this technology has drawn attention in Malaysia.
Our service is the Online Learning Platform, which offers a “Language Lab” service for those who wish to study different languages like Japanese, Korean, Brazilian, and etc, but it is done through a website or application that quickly and simply gets a private tutor to learn. There are no age limits for users of this “Language Lab” application, although Private Tutors must also be qualified or knowledgeable in the language. Furthermore, in order to avoid making mistakes that threaten the “Language Lab,” services like training and information about the “Language Lab” rules will be provided before becoming a private tutor.
Vision and Mission
The vision of the Language Lab Company is to produce a large number of people who are enthusiastic about languages, which have a large number of job opportunities available to people who have qualifications in linguistics, and also to produce a large number of people who are interested in the field of language.
The creation of an application that is helpful to anyone who has an interest in learning a language is the mission that Language Lab hopes to accomplish.

The potentials this business could bring will be highly anticipated since most language learning centers do not provide home tutor service but rather hold a class in their own place which is harder for some people without transportation or a busy schedule. Therefore, by having a Language Lab app, users can find nearby private tutors of their selected language they want to learn coming to their house.
Other than that, users can also fit their learning schedule more efficiently without fixed classes every week. Considering how most people have unexpected and unplanned plans for the week, with Language Lab one time class every time you order, it will make your class much easier. With the app, they do not have to worry about canceling class when something comes up unexpectedly. Users can also book the tutor days prior to fit the tutor’s schedule too.
Moreover, this app could surely expand their market value around Malaysia, considering the busy lifestyle most people have. Not to mention, it will surely be famous among the Gen Z users who are more interested to try and learn a new language but are not committed to long term classes. For example, if they have a change of mind about learning Japanese, they could also change to learn Mandarin and have their progress saved in the app for past lessons.
Not only that, but our app also hired educated and experienced linguistic tutors. They are hired by us specifically to make sure the quality of their service is catered to customer’s standards. We will give training and set rules they need to follow so that our customers will feel comfortable throughout their learning sessions. We will also have our customers rate each session for improvements and feedback regarding our services.
