The mission of ThinkAcademy is to assist students who struggle with studying and fall behind in their coursework to become exam-ready and succeed in their exams. Meanwhile, the vision of ThinkAcademy is to develop clever, well-educated students and raise the proportion of them who score examinations year after year. With the trademark of “ Hustle For Result”, ThinkAcademy targeted to stand at the top of the field by having 25000 students subscribe from all around Malaysia ranging from 11 years old up until 17 years old. We see a future where online learning is not only a norm but a must for students aiming to remain competitive in an ever-changing world.
Potential Of The Project
We see some promise in expanding ThinkAcademy, such as a rise in students’ use of technological devices. Nearly all students in this day and age own a smartphone or other internet-capable gadget that they use for a variety of purposes, including learning and seeking information. This could cause ThinkAcademy to get more subscribers and students to take advantage of its services, helping it to establish itself as the most beneficial online learning platform for students in Malaysia.
The majority of students today, in our opinion, are also much more at ease with online learning thanks to the pandemic that struck our nation and may have contributed to ThinkAcademy’s potential success. According to our research, many students claim that learning digitally makes it easier to absorb the material that has been presented by the instructor because they can have their own comfortable location to study and are not required to wear a school uniform. This could assist both the ThinkAcademy company and the students by stabilizing the company’s financial situation and providing good experience and value to students.

Mr. Muhammad Amer Syazrin bin Mohamad Zamri is the Chief Executive Officer of ThinkAcademy. He is responsible for leading the company ThinkAcademy and he is given the authority to improve the image and value in the company. The reason why we agreed to appoint Mr. Amer as Chief Executive Officer in this company is because of his ability to be a dedicated, fair leader and have a high level of education. Next, his level of education such as he was honored to receive a bachelor’s degree in company management, received the award of a reliable leader who solves problems and he also has extensive experience in the industry for approximately 5 years.
In addition, Mr. Amer is also a committee with work and experience in giving trust to investors. Mr. Amer’s role in the ThinkAcademy company is to lead the company, formulate strategies and give emphasis in the company’s development sector to develop more. Mr. Amer also has a role to supervise and ensure that the work of the staff runs smoothly and we believe that Mr. Amer is capable of being a leader who can lead properly in the company so that the company does not suffer losses. Therefore, if seen with other companies they exaggerate on profits but for this ThinkAcademy company, the CEO needs to see more than the operational sector that the company runs so that the company’s survival can be maintained and the children get a comprehensive education from this company.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mr. Daniel Gallego was appointed Chief Operating Officer at ThinkAcademy. The COO is a strong person and strong person in the organization so that the company can run smoothly. He was appointed to manage the operational sector in this company so that the operational department runs smoothly. The COO also needs to monitor and approve the development of the company’s strategic plan and direction in accordance with opportunities, threats and risks to the company. Because of that, Mr. Daniel is responsible for supervising and leading the operations department, as well as communicating well with the operations team.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Miss Siti Nur Aisyah binti Rasman was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, CFO in the company ThinkAcademy where she holds a bachelor’s degree in financial management. In the organizational chart diagram, the CFO is at a high level and plays an important role in the company’s financial evaluation. Next, she also has the experience of having served as a financial officer in a banking company, namely an Islamic bank. Therefore, he has extensive knowledge in the field of finance and can lead in the financial sector with good and trust.
We believe that with the experience she has, she can contribute to a certain extent and have a great impact on examining the company’s finances. The systematic financial impact of ThinkAcademy makes it easy for investors to invest in the company. In addition, Miss Aisyah’s role in this financial field is to plan and organize the company’s finances in a more systematic way so that the company can maximize profits. In addition to that, his role towards finance allows him to draft and calculate budget data for a more robust company financial plan.
MARKETING MANAGEMENT
Ms Persheela has been named marketing manager at ThinkAcademy. She has strong communication abilities and a thorough awareness of both classic and emergent marketing platforms. She is charged as a marketing manager for planning, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for a full company or lines of business and brands inside an organization in order to acquire new consumers and maintain existing ones. She is both an excellent business and marketing leader.
This is because she is in charge of collaborating with executives to establish budgets and objectives, and she is frequently tasked with devising pricing strategies for products and services.As a marketing manager at ThinkAcademy, Ms Persheela represents the marketing team to cross-functional groups such as product management, sales, and customer support. Ms Persheela’s other responsibilities as a marketing manager include overseeing all marketing strategies for their company or department, ensuring the company is conversing the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones, and updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on campaign results at ThinkAcademy.
ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT
Mr. Howard Ong is the administrative manager of ThinkAcademy. An administrative manager is a professional who oversees the administration system and general processes of a company. They manage an administrative workforce and guarantee that everyday office duties are handled efficiently. Mr Howard Ong, as an administration manager, assisted in the organization of schedules as well as the management of payroll and personnel databases.
He wrote reports to offer to other clerical positions. He also established rules and processes to guarantee that employees are properly taught and confident in their talents. ACCOUNTANT
Ms Claudia Alves is ThinkAcademy’s accountant. An Accountant is responsible for all financial concerns inside a corporation, such as maintaining and analyzing financial records. They may be in charge of tasks such as reconciling bank statements and calculating payroll in order to maintain their organization in good financial shape. Ms Claudia Alves has accountant responsibilities that range from analyzing financial papers and conducting financial audits to reconciling bank accounts and calculating taxes when filling out yearly reports. Ms Claudia Alves, as an excellent accountant, is not only skilled in finance but also in human relations and communication. CUSTOMER SERVICES
Miss Kiasatina Husna is serving as a customer service representative. She is very experienced in solving customer-related problems and is adept at communicating well if there are problems raised by customers at the ThinkAcademy company. She has a bachelor’s degree in customer service and has worked for 2 years in a shopping center company. She also often checks emails and feedback from customers so that customers are always satisfied with the ThinkAcademy company.
In addition to checking emails and feedback, she also often answers phone calls from customers if they are not satisfied with the lessons taught from Think Academy. As for her nature, she is very positive and always provides the best service to customers and solves problems that arise quickly and easily. The main role of this customer service department is to answer and resolve customer difficulties and keep a record of all customer difficulties for the company to improve things that concern or give difficulties to customers. With all her qualities and attitude, the company is confident that he can deal with customer problems easily, quickly and fairly.
HUMAN RESOURCES
Ms. Nurul Natasyha binti Ab Rahman was appointed as the Human Resources Manager at ThinkAcademy which is closely related to the welfare of the employees. She has just confirmed her studies in the field of human resources at Universiti Putra Malaysia and was awarded a diploma-level education in the human resources department. Although he has no experience, she needs to be given the opportunity and first experience to manage this human resource sector.
Next, as with any position held, it must have its own role and responsibilities where Ms. Natasyha is given an important role which is to take care of the employees, recruit and hire strong new employees, manage the initiatives of the employees, look after the welfare of the employees and provide training on new employees so that they are enthusiastic to work. In addition, even though Ms. Natasyha has just finished her employment, she is very determined and high-spirited in her work so that her work is satisfactory and excellent to set an example for other employees. In addition to managing the hiring department, Ms. Natasyha is also smart in managing employees who are not committed to work by giving strict warnings if employees are unethical while working. She also managed the compensation part for employees who were dismissed or quit on their own fairly so as not to cause conflict in the ThinkAcademy company.
