We see a future where online learning is not only a norm but a must for students aiming to remain competitive in an ever-changing world.

We see some promise in expanding ThinkAcademy, such as a rise in students’ use of technological devices. Nearly all students in this day and age own a smartphone or other internet-capable gadget that they use for a variety of purposes, including learning and seeking information. This could cause ThinkAcademy to get more subscribers and students to take advantage of its services, helping it to establish itself as the most beneficial online learning platform for students in Malaysia.

The reason why we agreed to appoint Mr. Amer as Chief Executive Officer in this company is because of his ability to be a dedicated, fair leader and have a high level of education. Next, his level of education such as he was honored to receive a bachelor’s degree in company management, received the award of a reliable leader who solves problems and he also has extensive experience in the industry for approximately 5 years.
In addition, Mr. Amer is also a committee with work and experience in giving trust to investors. Mr. Amer’s role in the ThinkAcademy company is to lead the company, formulate strategies and give emphasis in the company’s development sector to develop more. Mr. Amer also has a role to supervise and ensure that the work of the staff runs smoothly and we believe that Mr. Amer is capable of being a leader who can lead properly in the company so that the company does not suffer losses. Therefore, if seen with other companies they exaggerate on profits but for this ThinkAcademy company, the CEO needs to see more than the operational sector that the company runs so that the company’s survival can be maintained and the children get a comprehensive education from this company.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mr. Daniel Gallego was appointed Chief Operating Officer at ThinkAcademy. The COO is a strong person and strong person in the organization so that the company can run smoothly. He was appointed to manage the operational sector in this company so that the operational department runs smoothly. Miss Siti Nur Aisyah binti Rasman was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, CFO in the company ThinkAcademy where she holds a bachelor’s degree in financial management. In the organizational chart diagram, the CFO is at a high level and plays an important role in the company’s financial evaluation. Next, she also has the experience of having served as a financial officer in a banking company, namely an Islamic bank. Therefore, he has extensive knowledge in the field of finance and can lead in the financial sector with good and trust.
We believe that with the experience she has, she can contribute to a certain extent and have a great impact on examining the company’s finances. The systematic financial impact of ThinkAcademy makes it easy for investors to invest in the company. In addition, Miss Aisyah’s role in this financial field is to plan and organize the company’s finances in a more systematic way so that the company can maximize profits. In addition to that, his role towards finance allows him to draft and calculate budget data for a more robust company financial plan.
MARKETING MANAGEMENT
Ms Persheela has been named marketing manager at ThinkAcademy. She has strong communication abilities and a thorough awareness of both classic and emergent marketing platforms. She is charged as a marketing manager for planning, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for a full company or lines of business and brands inside an organization in order to acquire new consumers and maintain existing ones. She is both an excellent business and marketing leader.

Ms. Nurul Natasyha binti Ab Rahman was appointed as the Human Resources Manager at ThinkAcademy which is closely related to the welfare of the employees. She has just confirmed her studies in the field of human resources at Universiti Putra Malaysia and was awarded a diploma-level education in the human resources department. Although he has no experience, she needs to be given the opportunity and first experience to manage this human resource sector.
