1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

         Ms. Noor’Atikah binti Zulkefli is the one who is in charge of the overall management of the company. Ms. Atikah is a Master of Entrepreneurship programme graduate. In fact, she had experience managing the financial and marketing departments of other large delivery companies before she decided to develop Del4U and start this business. As CEO, she is responsible for managing and operating Del4U towards its main goals and objectives. She is responsible for leading the company and employees in developing strategic objectives and directions. Ms. Atikah will be responsible for ensuring DEL4U’s vision, mission, and objectives come true. Not only that, she is responsible for overseeing employment decisions at the executive level of the company. Other than that, the CEO needs to keep tracking the Del4U Company’s performance. Actionable insights can be gained from revenue growth, gross profit margin, and cumulative sales. This can then be used to form further key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide the company toward achieving its new targets. As Chief Executive Officer, she is responsible for leading a team of executives to consider major decisions, including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and large-scale expansion. Other than that, Ms. Atikah is responsible for managing a company’s overall operations. This may include delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, and managing company organisational structure and strategy. In conclusion, Ms. Atikah is the head of the company and makes the final decisions for the future of the business.

2. Chief Operating Officer (COO)

         Ms. Alya binti Ahmad is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Del4u Company. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Ms. Alya must oversee the Del4u organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. She will be the company’s second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of business. Ms. Alya is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). She has to maintain control over diverse business operations. Ultimately, she is responsible for ensuring all aspects of operations run smoothly every day and addressing any issues that come up. Ms. Alya has extensive experience and leadership skills in a variety of fields, including finance and human resources. She has excellent communication and people skills, as she oversees several departments throughout the organization. In conclusion, as the Chief Operating Officer of Del4u, Ms. Alya does her responsibility excellently and assists the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in fundraising ventures.

3. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

         Ms. Puteri Allysa Safiah binti Megat Mohd Rosdeen is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for DEL4U. She holds a bachelor of business administration degree. In order to be a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Ms. Allysa must have excellent management and supervisory skills. She also must be proficient in database and accounting computer application systems. Ms. Allysa must oversee the creation of all financial accounts, including tax returns, income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, and reports for governmental organisations. She is also recognising and addressing the company’s financial opportunities and risks. Other than that, Ms. Allysa must analyse long-term economic trends and project their effects on future sales and market share growth. As a Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for all business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and negotiating activities, as well as the implementation, management, and running of all financial activities of a company. Ms. Allysa must provide the CEO/president and the executive management team with strategic recommendations. In conclusion, the Chief Financial Officer must focus on DEL4U’s finances to achieve the vision and mission of the company.

4. Human Resource Manager

       Ms. Fatin Fayyadhah binti Yusof is responsible for human resources in our company. Ms. Fatin must meet certain requirements before she can work as a human resources manager at DEL4U. Ms. Fatin has a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Universiti Pendidikan Sutan Idris (UPSI). Other than that, Ms. Fatin also had experience as a Human Resource Manager at Starbucks for three years. From that experience, we see that Ms. Fatin really suits being a human resource for the DEL4U Company. What Ms. Fatin will do as human resource manager is lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department. Job description for human resources manager: recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department. Other than that, she oversees the daily workflow of the department and provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Also handles the discipline and termination of DEL4U employees in accordance with company policy. That is Ms. Fatin’s task as a human resource manager.

5. Marketing Manager

         Ms. Siti NurFasihah binti Zakaria is the marketing manager for this company. For DEL4U, a marketing manager plays an important role in keeping the company or organisation stable or even improving. One important skill I believe would be needed for marketing is communication. Working in the field of marketing involves interacting with others for different purposes. Ms. Fasihah organises and manages marketing campaigns to raise awareness of and generate demand for products and services. She even created marketing plans detailing outcomes and goals for DEL4U. Other than that, marketing management helps bring in a new product to DEL4U, which can also raise the people’s standard of living. If the commodity’s or product’s price is low, even the poorer sections will find a number of products that are within their reach. Ms. Fasihah also creates comprehensive budgets and cost estimates for DEL4U.

6. Customer Service

        Ms. Shereen Adilah binti Kusnadi is the individual responsible for customer service tasks. Ms. Shereen will listen to customer concerns, issues, and questions. This job position will help customers with questions and problems that arise when they use DEL4U services, and customer service will be ready to help solve problems that arise. In addition, this job position will maintain a positive and calm attitude in responding to complaints from customers. As the person responsible for this customer service, Ms. Shereen should answer and respond to customer questions and inquiries well and politely so that the customer will feel respected and served with the best service. Among other things, Ms. Shereen will also attract customers by positively promoting the product and company, answering questions, and addressing concerns as they arise. This customer service will not only answer questions and solve customer problems, but it will also attract customers by promoting the goods and services provided by DEL4U to customers so that they are served and given solid service. With this customer service, customer service will be more guaranteed, and customers will always be loyal to the DEL4U Company.

7. Admin

        As office administrator of Del4U, Ms. Anna Jobling’s responsibilities include maintaining office services by organising office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence such as email, designing filing systems, and reviewing and approving supply requisitions. Other than that, Del4U administrators are responsible for supporting the smooth running of offices by carrying out clerical tasks and projects. Not only that, but Ms. Anna is also responsible for supervising members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance. Ms. Anna’s responsibilities as office administrator include coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. The office administrator at DEL4U ensures the smooth running of the company’s offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth. The administrators of DEL4U are in charge of ensuring that all employees follow protocol and get their work done on time and within budget. She is also primarily responsible for keeping meetings on track with communication between participants, so no one feels left out. To summarize, Ms. Anna possesses the fundamental skills required of an office administrator at Del4U. Such as basic computer literacy skills, verbal and written communication skills, strategic planning and scheduling skills, and critical thinking skills.

8. Software Engineer

        Because we operate an online foodie platform, software engineers are extremely important to DEL4U Company. Mr. Haqeem bin Hermy is in charge of the software engineering department. What exactly is software engineering? The field of computer science that deals with the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications is known as software engineering. Software engineers create software solutions for end users by applying engineering principles and programming language knowledge. Mr. Haqeem is qualified for this position due to his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). The job description of a software engineer includes designing and maintaining software systems. Mr. Haqeem also evaluates and tests new software programmes, as well as optimises software for speed and scalability. He then started writing and testing code. Mr. Haqeem also had coding languages like Phyton, Java, and C++. That is why Mr. Haqeem suits this job position because of the skills that he has.

9. Accountant

        Mr. Ahmad Nadhir bin Ahmad Nasar is an accountant at DEL4U. As an accountant, he must collect, track, correct, and communicate the financial situation of the organisation to assist enterprises in making financial decisions. Mr. Nadhir needs to maintain knowledge of the most recent financial and accounting laws. Following that, he will be responsible for preparing accounts and tax returns, auditing DEL4U’s financial information, compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries, and financial statements. In order to be a good accountant, Mr. Nadhir must have financial skills and be an expert in human relations and communication. He must have the highest level of honesty possible as they supervise financial records, and he must have excellent communication skills in order to convey complex information in a way that is easy to grasp. Finally, Mr. Nadhir has good ethical behaviour working for DEL4U Company.

10. Sales Management

        Ms. Amelia Thripura Henderson is the responsible individual in the sales management position. The sales manager is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales targets. Sales managers are primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. Sales managers are often expected to travel. Ms. Amelia’s responsibilities include hiring and training employees for positions in sales management. Ms. Amelia must always be aware of the flow of sales in and out so that any problems or losses in DEL4U’s business do not occur. His subordinates should also ensure that there is no shortage of stock and that the items in the DEL4U application are also constantly updated. In addition, Miss Amelia will also make sure to coach, mentor, and give feedback to her team members. This is so because the employees can get good feedback, and if they do not get good feedback, they can improve their service and try to provide the best service.
